Public/Private Zine 2018
Public/Private was created as part of my Critical Visions Certificate. The zine investigates the relationship between private online interaction and public space. It features my personal internet activity: messages, notifications, search history, photographs, and files. The project was based on Paul Soulellis’ Archive of the Printed Web. The zines were distributed around UC’s campus. Their dissemination on campus inserted my personal data into the public sphere and transformed abstract online activity into something physical and concrete.
